Allium Red Mohican

Whether viewed up close or from afar, Red Mohican Allium is sure to delight and get noticed in the garden. This one-of-a-kind allium features burgundy-red flowers tipped with white. The flowers sit atop sturdy, extra tall, 48-50" stems. It's an excellent cut flower, and just as eye-catching in a vase. Red Mohican Allium blooms in July, later than some other allium varieties. It looks best planted in groups and attracts bees, butterflies and other pollinators. Allium bulbs are easy to grow in well-drained soil, will tolerate poor garden soil and naturalize well. Deer tend to avoid.
