An all-around beautiful perennial, Whitewater Acanthus shows off striking variegated foliage that forms large clumps and is neatly accented with deeply cut, white margins and splashes on the leaves. As summer nears, showy flower spikes filled with delicate pink and cream florets rise to 4' tall, creating an eye-catching display in mid borders or pollinator gardens.
